Looking for a sublet from October 1st for a nice apartment in the Baarsjes. It is a minimum of 2 months (until December 1) with a chance to extend with a few months/weeks. This will be communicated in time during the rental period. Registration is unfortunately not possible. The price is 950 per month and 1500 deposit. This includes G / W / L, internet and the annual cost of garbage and water are included.
The room is approximately 8 m2 and possibly furnished with bed, closet and mirror. If you prefer the room empty that is also possible in consultation. The apartment is almost new and consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, hallway, new bathroom and a living room with lots of light. There is a utility room with desk and extra closet space for clothes or other stuff.
The apartment is located in the Baarsjes, between Admiralengracht and Mercatorplein. The streetcar, bus and stores are right around the corner (1 min).
You will share the house with me (28 years old). I myself studied in Wageningen where I have continued to work since graduation and I am about to start a new job in downtown Amsterdam. I also work out regularly and dance salsa/bachata/kizomba.
I am looking for a cozy, relaxed lady who sees it as an added value to live with a roommate. You think it's important to make it a cozy house together and be respectful of each other and the house. You do not work full-time from home (a home is a home, not an office ;) ). Occasionally working from home is of course no problem.

The apartment is as good as new with a kitchen with dishwasher, hallway, new bathroom and a living room with lots of natural light. There is a utility room, with a desk and extra closet space for clothes or other items.
