Apartment Amsterdam - Metro station Noord

Dear Room Seeker,

Effective immediately I am looking for a new roommate, located next to metro station North, **registration is not possible**.

The apartment is such a 90m2 apartment, available for over a year. With metro 52 (north-south line) you are in a flash in the center / south, and there is a large shopping center (Boven 't Ij) around the corner.

You can choose whether to take the 2nd bedroom (10m2), or the more spacious 'work room' (20m2).

In both cases the rent is 953 (inclusive) are, **registration is not possible**, no pets, no smokers. The apartment is fully furnished (+washing machine) and has a storage room for bikes.

Briefly about myself: I live in Amsterdam for over 10 years, did the studies psychology, and business administration here and I now work full time in data management. I am enterprising, sport a lot, and enjoy going out.

I am looking for a nice roommate in the same stage of life who also works full-time, and is housekeeping. Preferably a man around my age (31).
