Apartment Amsterdam - Nachtwachtlaan

From November 1 there will be a room available in our apartment on Nachtwachtlaan. Therefore we are looking for a new roommate. Preferably someone with the same rhythm (daily routine).

You will live with Sam(V) and Cas (M), of which one works and the other studies. The apartment has an elevator and is located near the Rembrandtpark. Lelylaan Station is around the corner, as well as the streetcar station. On the bike you are with 10 minutes in the center and you are on the Leidseplein.

The apartment is 97m2 and is located in a green and quiet area. The unfurnished room is over 8m2 and has a large built-in closet with lots of storage space, overlooking the park. The living room, bathroom, toilet and kitchen is shared with us. The rent is about 850€ per month, excluding gas/water/electricity/municipal taxes/internet.
