As of November 1st I am looking for a roommate to take over this beautiful apartment. The apartment is on a prime location at the Westerpark. The apartment is large (75m2) and the bedroom is 12m2. The apartment was built last year and is therefore still brand new. In addition, it is perfectly located on the sun so you can sit in the sun all day.

You will be living with me, Maaike (26), and working. I am looking for a roommate who would like to invest in a cozy (and clean) house. Also at least 24 years old and (starting) working. (Also because of the income requirement)
