Hi all, a room will be available in Southeast from October 7th (Date to be confirmed)!

Our lovely flatmate is moving out, so we're looking for a new tenant to join us in our bright and spacious 88m² apartment. Any gender or nationality is welcome 🙂

Location:

- Right in front of Gaasperpark
- 5 min walk to the metro (23 mins to Centraal)
- 4 min bike ride to AH and other stores

The Flat:

- 4 rooms, 1 bathroom
- Large kitchen, spacious entrance
- Small terrace
- Lots of natural light throughout the day
- The available room is around 8m² and unfurnished

Details:

- Rent: €780 excl.
- Deposit: €1250
- Registration is possible

You will be sharing the apartment with me, Aya (27), my brother Iyed (25), and our 3-year-old cat Coco. We're both working full-time, have our own lives and interests, but enjoy the occasional dinner or outing with flatmates.

We're looking for someone 25+ years old, working, and with experience in flat-sharing.
