Welcome to The Well in Nieuwegein! This new project consists of two modern buildings with a total of 240 rental apartments. The apartments range in size from 40 to 90 m² and offer both one and two bedrooms.

The Well will be one of the first residential towers in the center of Nieuwegein, located in a lively area around the redeveloped city center. The building will blend into its surroundings by being climate-adaptive and nature-inclusive, with green roofs and facades adding 75% greenery to the area. This area is undergoing a transformation with many new residential projects, known as City Nieuwegein. Next to The Well you will find Ivy Apartments and The New Citizen. A modern public transportation hub will soon be built with a streetcar and bus station, allowing you to travel directly to the center of Utrecht and Utrecht Science Park without changing trains. Expected completion of this area is in 2025.
