Details:
- Parking in the center requires a permit. Please inform yourself with the authorities about the status!
- Service costs for cleaning the common area are €27,50.
- Rent is excl. gas, water and electricity; the tenant must put this in their own name.
- The apartment is offered for rent with an indefinite rental agreement. In accordance with the law, the tenant can terminate at any time, with a notice period of 1 month.
- Deposit €3000.
- No specific income requirement. However, income will be considered.
- Pets are not allowed.

Rental procedure:
An open day will be organized for this apartment. Interested people can come to this open day without any obligation. If you are interested in renting the apartment, you can leave your details. A Move-tenant account will then be created for you. We ask you to upload some documents in this account.

The applicants will then be summarized and forwarded to the landlord. He/she will then choose the final tenant. The landlord then also retains the right to choose.
