Apartment Amsterdam

Dear Room Seeker,

Per August 1 (in consultation earlier possible) I am looking for roommate in our cozy apartment on the Cronjéstraat in Amsterdam East. Within a few minutes you are both the Frankendeal park and the Oosterpark. Albert Heijn and the Jumbo are also within 5 minutes walking distance. Metro stop Wibaut + Amstel, are also around the corner. The costs per month including g/w/l and municipal taxes are 955 euros.

You will be living alone with me. My room is adjacent to the shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Your room incl. sink is two floors higher (14m2).
My room adjoins a balcony, which you can also use.
We also have an extra room where we hang up our laundry and there is some space for storage.

I (31 years old) am looking for a full-time working roommate who has his/her own life in Amsterdam. Of course, I also enjoy the occasional dinner together, watching a movie, playing a game and having a drink. Humor, friendliness, queer- friendly are for me the most important things I look for in a roommate. And I am looking for someone to rent for a longer period of time.
I work 36hrs (Tues-Fri) in counseling. Very occasionally I work from home, this will be on a Friday.
