I have a lovely 108 square meter apartment in watergraafsmeer and I am searching for a flatmate. It is 1041€ each per month excluding and 1152 each including utilities. It is available from the 1st of August.
A little about myself: I am 27 come from New Zealand and work full time as a software engineer, I do BJJ and like to do various crafts and keep the place tidy.
About you: I am looking for someone who is looking to live long term in Oost since the girl is moving out because she wants to move west where her friends live.
Other things: We have a cleaner coming adhoc (kinda every 3 weeks) at the moment. I have furnished the flat with everything I need. The room can fit a double bed and will come unfurnished with the exception of a wardrobe. You can buy the bed from the previous tenant.
