Apartment Amsterdam

**2 PERSON/COUPLE TWO BEDROOM - TEMPORARILY AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER 2 or 3 MONTHS**

I'm looking for a couple or a duo who want to stay at least 2 or at most 3 months in this apartment.

**AMSTERDAM - DE PIJP**
From August 1st, 2024, this apartment will be available in the heart of De Pijp, Amsterdam. The apartment has two bedrooms, approximately 16m² and 10m², and the total apartment is 75m².

The house is:
- 3 minutes' walk from the De Pijp metro stop (3 minutes to station Zuid, 5 minutes to central station)
- 2 minutes' walk from all restaurants and cafes on Gerard Douplein/Marie Heinekenplein.
- 5 minutes' walk from Albert Heijn and Lidl (supermarkets).
- 7 minutes' bike ride to Leidseplein.

The house is fully equipped: dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, bath. Both rooms include a smart IKEA blind, which can be put up and down at specific times with your mobile. Both rooms also include a big wardrobe.

A few rules: no house parties or noise disturbances, no smoking indoors in any way. Do not cause any disturbance to the neighbors.

**Financial details:**
- €3000-3400 per month (to be discussed)
- One-time €1300 deposit. The deposit will be returned to you immediately on the last day, if everything is undamaged.
