Between the Amstel hotel and Weesperplein we offer a furnished 2-room apartment on the third floor with a living area of approximately 80m². This bright apartment has a sleek finish with oak parquet flooring throughout.

The house is easily accessible with many amenities nearby. Close to the center of Amsterdam, walking distance to the supermarket, streetcar and metro. The streetcar literally stops in front of the door. In addition, the nearest arterial road in the neighborhood is only a 3-minute drive away. For lunch you can go to the Amstelhaven, the "neighbors" behind the house. A nice walk in the nearby Oosterpark, a drink in De Pijp or on the Rembrandtplein, it is all within easy reach from this location.

Layout:
You reach the front door on the third floor via the shared stairwell. You enter the hall which gives access to the living room and bedroom. The L-shaped living room has two large windows at the back of the house which provide plenty of natural light and a pleasant view. The open kitchen is equipped with several built-in appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, combination oven, gas hob, hood and plenty of cupboard space.

The spacious bedroom is located at the front. From the bedroom you have access to the bathroom. This is equipped with a shower, toilet, bathtub, double sink, washer and dryer.

Above the bedroom there is storage space under the ridge of the roof.

The apartment is available immediately for an indefinite period for 2100,- euro per month excl. g/w/l (service costs 15 euro p.m.)

Deposit is two months rent.
