Apartment Groningen

Roommate wanted as of August 1! (No internationals)(M/F, 21+)

From August 1 there will be a place available in the renovated apartment in a former warehouse at the Steentilstraat in Groningen. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Grote Markt, 10 minutes walk from the station and the supermarket is 200m away. The apartment is located on a courtyard with a fence in front of it, so you are not on the busy shopping street side and you can safely park your bike. The apartment is about 75m2, spread over three floors, and has an additional basement space of 20m2. The 1st floor will be yours and consists of a living area (11m2) and bedroom with sink (11m2). The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared.

I am looking for a cozy roommate who likes to eat together or do something together, but also has his/her own life in Groningen. I myself have just graduated from the RUG and am therefore starting work. I am a social, sociable guy of 24 years old and in my free time I like to do sports or undertake things with friends. I like to alternate sports with eating out or having a drink on a terrace. I also have some adventurous hobbies like motorcycling, skydiving and travelling far away!
