On the edge of the Scheldekwartier in Vlissingen's Schelde district, two new buildings are being developed that refer to the city's history. On this historic site will be 14 modern rental apartments inspired by the original bakery 'De Broederband'. The apartments range in living area from 66 m2 to 87 m2 and feature 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, a contemporary bathroom and toilet, private outdoor space and storage. There is also a parking space (except for Singel 394 and Singel 396), the apartments are gas-free and expected completion is in October 2024. A monthly service charge of approximately €83.00 applies to these apartments. Interested parties must meet specific income requirements and can express their interest via a digital registration form. Please note that viewing the homes is not yet possible due to new construction.
