This apartment is not suitable for sharers. The apartment has a spacious sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with luxury appliances and a kitchen island. In the basement there are 3 spacious bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and sink, and a separate room for the washer and dryer. There is also a separate toilet on both floors. The house has a garden at the rear that is accessible from the back.

ENVIRONMENT

The Oosterpark area is a neighborhood with many references to its rich past. Back in the 19th century, big plans were made to expand Amsterdam considerably, but this was never fully realized. Eventually, some very beautiful blocks were built around the Oosterpark. In the 1970s, a lot of urban renewal took place in the neighborhood, adding new buildings in the authentic street pattern. In the summer months you can enjoy a drink on the Amstel River, relax in the Oosterpark or cross the bridge to the Pijp. The Oosterpark neighborhood is conveniently located in terms of public transportation with several metro stations, streetcars and buses nearby. Within about 5 minutes you can reach the A10 and travel easily to Haarlem, The Hague and Utrecht.
