These 2-bedroom apartments are finished to a high standard with luxury sanitary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments are fully insulated and have energy label A+++. This means minimal energy consumption for the future resident. The layout consists of a spacious entrance hall, luxury tiled toilet room, large master bedroom, second bedroom/study, luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, storage/laundry room, spacious living room with open kitchen and access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, hood and dishwasher. Important conditions include a minimum rental period of 12 months, a deposit of 1 month's rent, and an income requirement of 3 months' rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The rent is exclusive of gas/water/electricity and internet/TV, but includes a monthly advance of €80 for service costs.
