Each apartment at One22 is designed for easy living. Each apartment has its own living room with open kitchen, a choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Vondelpark or the Schinkel Canal. The apartments are comfortable, smartly designed and fully equipped, with an average area of 70 m2.

Built for people looking for a stable home, the minimum rental period is one year. You can also choose whether to personalize the apartment with your own furniture, or want the convenience of an already furnished apartment.

Each unit has a separate storage room and there is secure parking for cars and bikes in our basement. A central entrance with elevator, stairwells and a common courtyard complete the picture.

Great connectivity:
One22 has an ideal location on the edge of the city center. It is easily accessible and a great base for exploring the city. Streetcars and buses stop right in front of the door. By bike or car you can reach the historic center of the city within 10 minutes. There is a direct connection to Amsterdam's ring road, the A10. Schiphol Airport is just a 12-minute drive away (20 minutes during rush hour).

The Oud Zuid district, adjacent to the Vondelpark, is an ideal location for professionals and their families. A series of quiet neighborhoods just a 10-minute bike ride from Leidseplein, and filled with cafes and boutiques.
