Shared entrance with doorbells, mailboxes and stairs to the 1st floor.

Third floor
You walk through the gallery to the shared entrance for two apartments. One on the second floor and one on the second floor. The common hallway has its own meter box, central heating system and internet modem. From the gallery, you can also access the common storage room and the locked parking garage in the basement.

From your own front door you enter the hallway which gives access to the living room, bedroom and bathroom. From the hall you also have access to the partially tiled toilet room with floating toilet. The whole apartment has a luxurious dark wooden PVC floor.
