Supermarkets, specialty stores, cozy restaurants, cafes, schools and sports facilities within walking distance. Near the Statenweg is the famous Vroezenpark, the favorite backyard of many Rotterdammers. Within walking distance of Blijdorp Zoo for a fun outing. Within a few cycling minutes you are in the city center of Rotterdam, centrally located to public transport (including metro station Blijdorp) and arterial roads (A13 and A20).

2nd floor:
Spacious hall with access to the living room, with beautiful open kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a smaller room that can be used as a small bedroom, office or wardrobe room and a toilet.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a gas hob, extractor hood, island with sink, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate large freezer, oven, separate microwave and lots of storage space. The kitchen has a large concrete countertop and a cozy bar with bar stools that remain part of the house. From the kitchen you have access to the lovely north-facing balcony of about 4 m2, so you can enjoy the sun until late in the afternoon.

The first bedroom is located next to the living room at the front of the house. This room offers enough space for a double bed and a spacious closet. This room also has a large built-in closet and storage space. The stickers on the walls shown in the photos have been removed and the walls have been recently painted.
