The house can accommodate 4 people.

Upon entering the hall you will find the updated meter cupboard, toilet room, cellar cupboard and staircase to the second floor. Access is also granted to the spacious living room with open kitchen. The entire first floor is finished with a dark tiled floor with underfloor heating and stucco walls.

The spacious living room is divided into a sitting area in front and a dining area in the back. Front and rear are large windows that provide plenty of natural light. The atmosphere in the living room is provided by means of a wood stove. The house is extended at the rear creating a spacious dining area. There is a sliding door for the ultimate connection to the backyard.

The open kitchen is located in the middle of the first floor creating a nice connection with the living and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with several base cabinets. In the corner is a separate arrangement for a kettle and coffee maker, this corner is equipped with an upper cabinet. The kitchen has several built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, extractor hood, combination microwave, gas stove and refrigerator.

From the kitchen is the utility room accessible where an additional countertop is present containing an additional stainless steel sink. Under the countertop is space left free for an extra refrigerator or freezer. Furthermore, below is also space for the washing equipment. The other side of the utility room is finished with a practical closet. The garden is also accessible through a wicket door from the utility room.

The ground floor toilet room is tiled halfway up the wall with white tiling. The floor and built-in cistern are finished with dark gray tiling. There is a hanging toilet and the sink is finished in dark gray.

On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms (approx. 10 and 11 m2). One bedroom has a built-in closet. From the landing is a practical walk-in closet accessible (formerly bathroom). The walls are all finished with stucco (except walk-in closet) and the floors are carpeted.
