Heyheyy I'm looking for a new roommate as of July 15, indefinitely (m, 20+) (Sorry, no internationals!)

My roommate is moving in together so I am looking for someone to take his spot. I am looking for an enterprising person who is also a bit further along in his studies, has already built a life in the city, but likes to do things together and become close roommates. Since there are only 2 of us living there, it is very important that you are looking for a neat and quiet house, as I am.
It is a 2 bedroom house where we share everything with the 2 of us. The nice house is located at the jozef israelsplein, opposite liquor store the gnome. It is about 5 minutes walk to the center and several supermarkets. The bedroom is about 15m2 with large windows and a sink! The kitchen is fully equipped, 2 fridges, a dishwasher, built-in combi oven, induction hob and an airfryer!
All this will be about 630 euros including g/w/l etc!

I am Dax, 21 years old and studying pedagogical sciences at the RUG. This coming academic year (2024-2025) I will be entering my third year and will hopefully get my bachelor's degree (for my minor I will be going to Sweden, so that's immediately IMPORTANT to consider. I will be away from August 20 until January 20 and during this time I will be subletting my room (we can find this sublet together so you will be happy too!). Outside of my studies, I am usually very busy socializing. I can regularly be found at tech/house/trance festivals, such as fym, kopjek & paradigm. Outside of that I am also a tapper in a faculty pub where I occasionally relive my glory years. Outside of all these entertaining, but unhealthy, activities I am often at the TrainMore or in a clothing store, gymnastics and fashion are therefore somewhat my daily activities and here you will often hear me talking about. At home a friend or my girlfriend regularly drop by for dinner or to watch a movie, but the partying is always outside.
