THE HOUSE AND ITS ROOMS
You enter the property through the front door and immediately enter a hallway where you have the first spacious room on the left, the toilet and stairs to the floor on the right and opposite the front door the door to the closed kitchen. Through the kitchen you can enter the second room at the rear of the property and is the door to the backyard.

The kitchen on the first floor is shared and equipped with gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

The stairs lead to the second floor with three spacious rooms, a storage closet, the bathroom and the fixed staircase to the fourth floor, where there is another very spacious room with its own kitchen.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
