Second floor:
Through the staircase passage to the landing of the second floor, followed by two spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom is so large that it can easily be divided into two bedrooms (sleep and work part for example), this room runs through the entire depth of the house. The 2nd bathroom has a shower, third toilet, washbasin cabinet, mechanical ventilation. The master bedroom has a large double bed.

Second floor:
Through the staircase entrance to the landing of the second floor.
On this floor are currently the third and fourth bedrooms with large dormers at the front and rear, making it very bright rooms. The main bedroom has a large double bed.

Garden:
The backyard is located on the north-east. From morning to early evening you have here in the summer sun! The front garden is located on the south-west. The garden is well maintained and has a back entrance

GOOD TO KNOW:
Well insulated roof and insulating glazing with plastic - turn-key house, in good condition - currently four bedrooms, well possible to split 1 very large room into a bedroom and work area. Bike shed at the back accessible through the back. Very quiet location, local traffic.
Free parking right outside the door.
