Roommate wanted (NL-speaking) per December 1, 2024/per direct

As of December 1 (but earlier this month is certainly also possible) there will be a room available in our apartment on the Antillenstraat in Amsterdam-West. The apartment is located next to the Rembrandtpark, with the Vondelpark within walking distance and the Leidseplein and the Zuidas/VU both about 10 minutes by bike.

The apartment has a total area of 60 m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a balcony. The available room is 10 m2 and is located at the back of the apartment. The rent is about €950 including G/W/L and the deposit is about €1200. Registration is required.

We are looking for someone who like us is working or in the final stage of his studies and is open to occasionally eating together, going into town, sports etc., but preferably also already has his own life in Amsterdam.
