Room available for rent from **December 1st** in our cozy apartment in Amsterdam-Noord (Banne area) Registration possible 🌞

We are a couple living in this nice space and looking for a roommate. We are both 26, Dutch/British, and working in IT/ the e-bike industry.

We're looking to share the place with someone around a similar age, who is respectful, clean, and likes to share a drink or a game night every now and then.

The apartment is bright and spacious with lots of plants, a nice bathroom and kitchen, two balconies, a storage room for bikes, and a spacious living room.

(No smoking - but on the balcony it's okay).

It is 2 minutes walk from a bus stop which takes you to Noorderpark metro station in just 5 minutes (1 stop to Central Station. You can also be at NDSM in less than 10 minutes by bike!

It is a 5 minute walk from the Banne Centrum, which has a Plus and a Lidl, as well as many other useful shops.

The price for the room totals **€650** and includes bills, the contract will last for a year (but 6 months may also be possible). The room is furnished with a single bed (not pictured), a wardrobe and a desk, and is **10.5m2**.
