Room Amsterdam - Bos en Lommer

Roommate wanted in Bos en Lommer
We are looking for a new roommate (M25+) in our apartment in Bos en Lommer as of November 1 (or earlier by mutual agreement). The room is for an indefinite period.
The rent is €610 inclusive for a room of 10m2. The deposit is €500.
The living room (±60m2), bathroom, kitchen and toilet are shared. There is also a shared balcony facing west where the sun can be enjoyed in the summer until late hours. The apartment is a 10 min bike ride from Sloterdijk, 15 min bike ride from Leidseplein and a shopping center with supermarkets is a 5 min walk away. In addition, the Erasmuspark and Rembrandtpark are within walking distance.
You will live with two other gentlemen of 27 and 28 years old respectively. We both have our own lives and jobs, but having drinks together, nights out and the occasional dinner will definitely be done.
We are looking for someone who works and is financially stable, speaks Dutch and brings a good dose of humor and sociability.
