Hi everyone!

Casa Colijn is looking for a new roommate/ roommate In our beautiful large apartment 176m2 in Amsterdam-West. The apartment is a corner house and therefore has lots of daylight. We are looking for a new topper **per Dec 1** (or earlier if possible). Furthermore, we are all working and doing our own thing, but are always open for a spontaneous party or house night.

What are we looking for and asking for?

- Room **13m2** ( You cannot register at this residential address).

- Monthly Rent **€750,- All-In**.

- No pets.

- **From 1dec 2024** and minimum for 1 year! (Preferably longer).

- A payment of **€500,- euro allowance** use fully furnished apartment.

- **Deposit of €1850,-**

- Hospiteer evening is on short notice keep that in mind!
