Dear Homeless Ladies and Gentlemen,

Since our Lars is retiring and thus sadly leaving us, we are looking for a new lady or gentleman to join our unit!

We are a very close unit where we often eat and enjoy burgundy together, whine the discs through the roof of the sports center together and where we regularly organize a party where the feet go off the floor and the dopamine level through the ceiling. So great nights. In addition, on Thursday nights we occasionally have a house night where we have a modest drink. We also have annual events such as the legendary beer cantus of Uilie 19, Christmas dinner and cocktail nights! And of course, we also have great space to lock yourself in your loft.

About the loft: it is a residence of a spacious 18m2 with private bathroom and balcony. The rent is about 435 euros, so good business.
