Hi room seeking girls!

Because a room becomes available at our place, we are looking for a new roommate for an indefinite period of time! (registration possible). Our apartment is located above shopping center Plein 40-45 in Amsterdam New West. The location has everything within easy reach; streetcar and bus stop in front of the door, Sloterdijk station is 5 minutes by bike and you only have to walk downstairs for the supermarket (Dirk, Jumbo & Appie) and other stores like Kruidvat, Hema, Action, Blokker, Etos etc. We have a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen (including dishwasher!). We also have a balcony and washing machine.

The room is 7m2 and has a basic rent of €561,32. Additional costs involved are:
* Energy: €16,75 p.m. (at the moment)
* Water: €9,25 p.m.
* Ziggo: €31 p.m.
* One time deposit room (€525)
* One time deposit washing machine (€75)
* Take over furniture (bed, cabinets, desk, shelves, closet, curtains) (€250)

You will live with three other cozy girls. We like to eat together regularly, watch a movie or have a drink, but we all have our own life in Amsterdam so we are looking for someone who also has this.
