Room Amsterdam - Reguliersdwarsstraat

Roommate (M, 22+) wanted!

Rowan is unfortunately leaving our house and therefore we are looking for a nice resident for our cozy mixed house in the Reguliersdwarsstraat! We have 3 spacious floors at our disposal, which are divided as follows:
Floor 1: Living room with sofa (and TV), bedroom and bathroom.
Floor 2: Kitchen with dining table, drinks island, bedroom and bathroom.
Floor 3: Study/work space, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
We are 23-25 years old (end of studies), eat, drink, sport and step out together regularly and also give the occasional party (no neighbors, so perfect). We are looking for someone who can relate to this in any case, otherwise we like to get acquainted at the hospi!
Practical info:
- By first week of November
- Rent: Approximately €850 (including), deposit 1800€
- Bedroom: +/- 11m2
- Hospi on Monday 28 October
