About the house/room:

Location: Reinwardtstraat (Close to Dappermarkt, Javastraat and Oosterpark)
Cost: 600 euros per month (including all utilities)
Long term rent with possibility of registration.

The room is on the smaller side (7.5 m2), but there is a large closet available in the hallway. In addition, the house has a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a separate room with a washer/dryer. You share all this with 3 nice roommates.

We are looking for someone 25 years or older, who lives nicely and preferably also has creative interests that fit in with the rest of the residents. We are a relatively quiet house, enjoy talking or having a cup of coffee together, but also live our own lives.

I would like to sell the bed, closet and shelves to the next tenant for a friendly price. The bed is currently in the single configuration, but can be folded out into a double bed, which is ideal for a room this size.

We are looking for someone aged 25 years or older, who lives neatly and preferably has creative interests as well that match with the rest of the tenants. We are a relatively quiet house, enjoy talking to each other or having a coffee together but also live our own lives.
