✨🏡 Female roommate (late 20s) - mid-October (exact date may still be negotiable) - indefinite - ~13 m2 - Rivierenbuurt🏡✨

A room becomes available in my cozy little house in the Rivierenbuurt! The apartment is located just across the bridge from the Van Woustraat: nice coffee shops, restaurants and the Amstel River are within walking distance! It is a fixed room of +/- 13m2 which costs about 915 incl. per month and is available from mid Oct already. The deposit is 1600 euros and the previous occupant asks takeover costs for the dishwasher, sofa, fridge etc etc of 250 euros. The room is very spacious and has doors to a French balcony. Furthermore, the house has a large living room, separate kitchen with a second dining area and a balcony facing south.

You will live with 1 roommate (28), who is working. At home we have a cozy atmosphere, we are a friends house but also do our own thing a lot. I am therefore looking for a roommate who agrees with this and is also working/graduating.
