The room
A private room of 10m² in a spacious 72m² apartment. The room is ready for you to
make it your own. There is enough space for a double bed, closet and desk. The
living room is also more than big enough to work in.

The Apartment
The apartment is located by the water in a cul-de-sac and in a hearty quiet neighborhood.
The apartment is completely furnished, except for your bedroom, so don't worry
about the extra cost of furnishing! Shared living room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and balcony.
And a common garden.

Who am I looking for?
First of all someone who always pays rent on time. A fellow student at the UvA between 17-
20 years old who is neat and quiet. Of course you have to help with the maintenance of the house and
standard tasks like grocery shopping, laundry and cooking are shared.

Who am I
I am 18 and I am a first year student at UvA. I am studying the double bachelor's degree in Mathematics
and Computer Science at the Science Park. I am clean and neat. I like sports very much,
mainly soccer and listening to podcasts.
