Room Eindhoven - Frederiklaan

Hey hey,
Looking for a cozy student house in Eindhoven? (21+). We here at Frederiklaan have a nice room available from Nov 1st
The room is about 14m2 and €400 incl per month. The house has a super chill garden, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet.
About fredje house:
It's a mixed house with six of which currently 3 men and 3 women. We often eat together and love to cook! There is always someone at home with us, often we watch movies together, play a game or drink a beer.
