Room Groningen - Haydnlaan

House Penguin is looking for a new roommate! ✨🌸 (V, 18+) (No Internationals)

From December 1 (earlier by mutual agreement) a room will become available in our cozy house at the Haydnlaan in Groningen. The room is 9m2 and has an adjacent balcony accessible from your room. The rent is €251 exclusive. On top of that there is about €60 for gas, electricity, internet and the washing machine.
You will live with 4 nice girls (18-21) who are all still busy with their student life.

Some of us are active in associations such as TAM, Dizkartes and Veracket. We are also busy with our studies and work. Every Tuesday we have house night where we eat together and do fun things. Anyway, we often eat and cook together with those who are at home, and almost never anyone eats alone. Our doors are open to each other and we sit a lot in our spacious gk, so we are also looking for someone who enjoys that too. 🪩💃
We have a shared kitchen, spacious bathroom and garden, and a cleaning schedule to keep everything a bit tidy.
The house is less than 5 minutes walk from the Helperplein and with 10 minutes by bike you are in the center of Groningen. Furthermore, it is only 3 minutes away from Groningen Europapark station.
