We are looking for a cozy, new roommate (m/f) in beautiful Helpman!

We are a cozy house consisting of 1 girl and 3 guys, of which you will hopefully become one! We are all between 24 and 26 years old. Besides study and work, 2 housemates are active at TKB and 't Vijfje. On Tuesdays we have house night, but outside of that we often eat and chill together. Other than that, there are few obligations in this house, except for the cleaning schedule. We have a WhoPaysWhat for the fixed costs.

The room is ~20m2. The rent has yet to be determined, but will be between 400-600€ excl (this will probably be announced on Monday). On top of that will be wifi costs and gwl costs, which are currently being arranged by 2 roommates.

So we are looking for a clean and social roommate, who is in for some fun in the house, but can also be fine on their own.
