This house is located a few minutes by bike from the city center, the UMCG and the shops of the "De Beren" shopping center. In addition, other amenities such as shops, cafes and gyms are also nearby.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, combination oven/microwave and extractor hood. In addition, the toilet and bathroom have also just been renovated. Rooms 1 and 2 are on the first floor and the other rooms are on the second floor.
