Room Groningen - Molukkenstraat

Hoii, from October 1 there will be a room available in our house on the molukkenstraat in Groningen (10 minutes by bike to the city center).

There will also be a room available for subletting, from November 15 to April 1 (with a chance to stay!).

The room from October 1 is 11m². The room has 2 large built-in closets and a built-in desk. The rent is €350 inclusive per month.

The room for sublet per November 15 is 17m² and €385 inclusive per month. (Pictures to follow)

The four of us share the kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), balcony, toilet and bathroom.

We are looking for a cozy roommate. We like to drop in on each other for a cup of coffee and we occasionally eat together.
