From November 1, there is a room in our house free in consultation you may move in earlier! This means that we are looking for a new roommate. The room is 15.5 square meters and has beautiful large windows and the best view of the house. The room is 489 euros excl but with the service costs (35) + gwl (approx 60) you pay incl 584 eur per month. In the room is also the router for the wifi. In addition, you have your own kitchen. Unfortunately we have no GK. You will live together with two very sweet girls of 18 and 19 years. We do not really do anything together but sometimes we have a nice chat or help each other if necessary:) Besides the cleaning schedule there are no obligations. Furthermore, our house is close to the Noorderplantsoen and the store is just around the corner.

Closet (which fits perfectly behind the door and has mirrors) and blinds need to be taken over from the old tenant (+-100 eur)
