Dear Room Seeking Girls,

From early December to early April (date to be discussed) we are looking for a roommate to sublet (v, 18+) in Huize Novus. The room is about 14 m2. The rent is +/- €350,- including g/w/l. Every month you have to add about €15 for the internet, fridge and washing machine.

The house consists of 5 girls. The house is located next to the city park, 3 minutes from the station, 5 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from zernike. We all share the kitchen (with a cute balcony), toilet and bathroom. We are members of several clubs (Aegir, Veracles and the Breakwater). The doors are almost always open and we like to walk in and chat with each other. We also have a nice house night every Tuesday night.

We are looking for a spontaneous girl who likes to be sociable, likes to do things together, such as dinner, sports, movie night, study session or going out, but also already has her own thing in town.
