Dear room seeking men,
As of January 1, there will be a fixed-term room available in our house on Park Road. The sublease period is from January to June with chance to extend.
The house is 10 minutes walking distance from the main station and you have an Action, an Aldi and a Plus within 5 minutes walking distance.
You will live with six other men, three of whom are active in various associations. We are a cozy house and often drop in on each other for a chat or for dinner. We don't have a regular house night but we regularly chill out together and like to go pool, bowl or go out as soon as we can. Furthermore, from time to time old roommates come by to chill out for an evening or go out for a walk.
The room is about 22m² with its own kitchen and fridge. The rent is 450 euros including GWL. For the internet and washing machine you pay about 15 euros extra every month. You share 2 toilets and 1 shower with a total of 6 other gentlemen.
