HOUSE GUEST WANTED🏠 (V, 22+, no internationals sorry). Due to cancellation available again!

Per December 1 (and in consultation earlier) we are looking for a new roommate!!!
Our cute little house is right in the center, in a side street of the Vismarkt.🤩 The Albert Heijn, stores and terraces are around the corner.

The bedroom is 15 m2 with its own sink. Furthermore, we have a large common room with a kitchen. Also the shower, toilet and washing machine are shared by the 3 of us. The house is located in the basement and has a courtyard with a cozy seating area where you can also put your bike down.☀️ The rent is €521,82 including.

You will live with Gonda (24, just graduated) and Malou (21, master's student at the RUG). We are looking for someone who is also at the end of her studies/just started working. We are a close-knit house and like to do things together from time to time, chilling in the living room together, cooking and sitting in coffee shops. But we also enjoy doing our own thing. Besides the cleaning schedule, we have no obligations.
