Room Zwolle - Da Costastraat

Olaaa room seeking! (m/f)

In our beautiful house on the Da Costastraat (Wipstrik) there will be a room available per December 1! * That means you might become our new roommate!

We live with a total of five people in the house (including you as a new resident). We don't have a regular house night. In this social house we just come together, chill with each other, eat together, have drink(s) , play games etc etc.

The room is about 12m2. The room contains a sink, small closet and balcony doors that are attached to the shared balcony. The rent per month including g/w/l is about 325,-

As mentioned earlier, we live with five people that means you share the kitchen with three others and the toilet and bathroom with four others.

Added to the rent is a monthly fee of 10-15 euros for wifi and use of the washing machine.
There is also a deposit of 1x the rent.

We all like a clean house, so it would be nice if you would not turn your hand away from a little cleaning.
