Hi all,

My dear roommate is moving abroad so I am renting one of the bedroom in our apartment for at least 6months

The apartment will be available from the 28th of July (it can also be 2/3days in advance or after).

About the apartment
The apartment is close to Amsterdam Zuid station and it's located on the 2nd floor. It features a living room with dining room and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances with a separate storage room with washer and dryer connections. Bathroom with walk-in shower.
Your bedroom is around 8m2, including a bed and a wardrobe (to buy to the previous tenant)

Bonus: there is a rooftop and a balcony

Monthly rent (all bills included): around 950€
Deposit: 2167€

About you
Preferably young professional around 25/30 yo who likes sharing a clean apartment and is respectful (no students)

About me
I am 27yo, I am a full-time professionnal, working for a sport equipment brand. I am easy going, respectful, and always in to have a drink/brunch with my roommate.
