Room Amsterdam

On it again. This Saturday afternoon I will have a small group of interested people stop by (individually). If you would like to attend, feel free to respond. It is important that you can move in the week of July 1 and are a working person (V/M/X).

From July 1, there will be a room available for subletting for 6.5 months in this beautiful apartment on the edge of West. Unfortunately, registration is not possible. You will share the apartment with me (35M) from July 1 to January 14. After that I too will move out and the owner will move back in.

Area is 98m2 with a super nice, 12m long balcony the length of the apartment. Spacious living room and kitchen. Bathroom and toilet are recently renovated. The house is within crawling distance of the Rembrandtpark. We use all facilities, furniture, etc.

The bedroom is 13m2. A closet is available and possibly a sofa bed. The room also has access to the balcony. Not the greatest room, but the rest of the house makes up for that 🙂

Price p/m 825 incl. fixed charges and 1x monthly cleaning. Deposit 500.

About me: full-time government work, rugby, gym and music. It would be nice if you like a bit of chatting and enjoy the occasional dinner, movie or drink together.
