In this beautiful upstairs apartment on the Prinsengracht a room becomes available because my current roommate is going to live together. It is a spacious and bright 17th century canal house. Shared spaces include: Living room, kitchen, study and bathroom. The total area of the shared rooms is about 40m2. The study is equipped with spacious closets to store your clothes and other belongings. The to let is furnished with a bed (queen-size bed) and nightstand. The area of the room is not very spacious 4 m2 however compensate for the spacious shared areas.

The house is just steps away from Tweede Tuindwarsstraat, Westerstraat and walking distance from Central Station.

The house is fully equipped: washer, dryer, dishwasher. Internet and municipal charges are included in the rental price of 680. Registration is possible. Preference for roommate is 23+.
