Shared with male homeowner: kitchen and bathroom.
For 1 person preferably quiet serious social student who does not smoke, blow or use. Extra night sometimes possible in consultation.
I am not looking for a student who is in a night student union. During the week normal times since the house is not that big and the rooms are noisy.
And I work a lot and have to get up early.
Incl: washing machine, gas , electricity with normal use
