We are Jip (19) and Jula (18) and we are looking for a nice roommate for our awesome house in Amsterdam center. Our house is in the Sint Jacobsstraat, walking distance from central station, next to the Nieuwezijds Kolk. The house is currently empty so it still needs to be furnished and painted from joint costs.

We are both entering the second year of our studies (Jip: paramedical care, Jula: European studies). We are looking for someone who has their own life in Amsterdam, is studying and also enjoys doing cozy things together, like eating together or watching a movie.

The room:
- +/- 11 m2
- rent: 625 p/m including
- wifi included
- unfurnished

The house, there is a shared
- bathroom with bath and shower
- kitchen with dishwasher
- roof terrace

You will live with the two of us and one other roommate. The rent goes from August 1, available from today with one month free rent.
