Room (+/- 12m²) available in Indische Buurt West (Amsterdam East)

From September 1 there will be a room available (indefinitely) in our house in the Indische Buurt, where you will live with me. The room is about 12m² and you also have access to the storage room of 9m². The house was renovated a couple of years ago and has a modern kitchen with washer-dryer and bathroom. There is also a lovely spacious balcony facing west, ideal for enjoying the evening sun with a drink!

I am looking for a social and tidy roommate who has his or her own life in Amsterdam, but also likes to have dinner, drinks or sports together once in a while. In addition, I am looking for someone who likes to party, but can also enjoy a quiet evening on the couch.

If you study at the UvA, both Science Park (5 min) and Roeterseiland (7 min) are easy to reach by bike. The VU is also easily accessible by bike or bus. Muiderpoort Station is a few minutes by bike and streetcar 14, which takes you directly to Central, stops a 1-minute walk away.

Let me introduce myself: my name is Thomas (23) and I will start a master's degree at the UvA in September and can occasionally be found in the gym or on the tennis and padel court. Besides that, I love traveling and everything with a backpack!

The rent is €775,- per month, including g/w/l and internet.
