We are looking for a working, female roommate (24+) for our little palace at the Johannes van der Waalsstraat in East.

For +-€700,- excl. per month you get a room of 14m2, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen (with dishwasher + washing machine). You will live with two other roommates.

We live 1 minute walk from a large Albert Heijn supermarket and several stores. You are also within 2 minutes cycling in Oostpoort or, a little further, at the Oosterpark.
