ROOM FOR RENT PER NOVEMBER

In our nice and cozy little house on the Rijnstraat in Amsterdam a room will become available per November 3 (by mutual agreement for an indefinite period of time). We are looking for a working woman around 30 years old. You will live with two roommates, Sophie (30 years old) and Sofia (31 years old). We like to eat, drink or dance together once in a while, but we also each have our own thing.

Layout: the room consists of two separate rooms at the front and back of the building.
Dimensions: 8m2 and 7m2 + small closet + adjacent to balcony
Furnished: no
Rent: +/- 660 euro including (note, this may be slightly more due to possible rent increase) + two months deposit
Location: at the beginning of the Rijnstraat (Rivierenbuurt) and at the end of the Van Woustraat (de Pijp)
Floor: 2 high
Registration: possible
Parking permit: not possible
Kitchen: spacious kitchen with electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
Bathroom: shower, bath, toilet and sink
Toilet: extra separate toilet
Balcony: present and sun from the early hours until 13:00. Lovely for a morning coffee.
